DIRECT CARE STAFF

Full-time and Part-time shifts, including weekends and evenings. Supervise "at risk" adolescent girls. Ability to pass background checks including DOJ, FBI, Child Abuse, and drug screen.

Youth Development Specialist


Salary : $18.00/ hour

Job Description: Full time position working with young adults in the Hemet area.The Youth Development Specialist (YDS) will provide leadership and oversight for daily operations, integrating job readiness preparation into all aspects of the program.Recruitment, interviewing, supervisory, and strong organizational skills are necessary.

Qualifications:

1. Experience and knowledge in the Construction field required as the position will lead a Construction Cohort in the Job Site.

2. Experience with high-risk populations is a must.

3. Case management and the ability to work with the public is helpful.

4. BA degree or experience in related field may be considered.

5. Background, drug screen, and good driving record required.

WorksiTe liasion


TEMPORARY POSITION 

Salary : $18.00/ hour

Job Description: CFLC has immediate positions for full time Worksite Liaison to work with youth in Riverside County. Positions are located at CFLC's  Youth Opportunity Centers in the communities of Lake Elsinore and Rubidoux. The Worksite Liaison will coordinate and lead youth through internships in a "service learning" environment. Worksite supervision and management of youth, ages 16-24, in an innovative job training program. Will assist in development of job skills, leadership, and community service.

Qualifications:

1. Recruitment, interviewing, supervisory, and strong organizational skills are necessary.

2. BA Degree or Experience in related field may be considered. 

3. Background, drug screen, and good driving record required. 


Licensed Clinical Therapist


Salary : $58,240-$66,976.00 per year.

Job Description:  This position oversees the treatment, progress, and transition plans for youth in a residential treatment program, utilizing trauma informed principles. Assessment of clients, setting goals, individual and group sessions, required reports and documentation of contacts, oversee the therapeutic milieu for each client's treatment plan.

Qualifications:

1. Master's Degree in related field

2. Experience in working with county and state agencies

3. Experience with case management with children and adolescents

4. All minimum CFLC employment qualifications

General Responsibilities:

1. Determines nature of client's situation by interviewing the client and review of documented history. Communicates immediate needs to appropriate staff members, and assigns client to group. Introduces client basic history and issues to staff at next treatment meeting including medication review.

2. Establishes course of action by exploring treatment options and setting goals for client. Facilitates psychological, psychiatric and other services for clients as needed. Consultation for emergency interventions, 5150, and re-integration to facility.

3. Conduct and record individual sessions a minimum of once weekly. Foster client's action or adjustment by interpreting attitudes and patterns of behavior, explaining and pointing out new options. Increase contacts for clients displaying adjustment problems, or at risk of termination or AWOL. 

4. Initial Assessment of Need( 30 day) and updates at six months from placement date. Initial diagnostic summary( 30 day) as required by specific counties. Quarterly reports at 3 month intervals. Termination reports upon client's release. Reports to be completed and confirm receipt by County worker within ten days of due date.

5. Confirm contact with client's family, within 30 days of placement, to facilitate or provide reunification counseling as required by court orders or needs or client.

6. Facilitates and documents groups as assigned. 

7. Conduct quality review of required reports and record of group and individual contacts. Insure the Social Worker portion of clients flies are compliant with CFLC and County requirements for adults.

8. Leader in discussion of clients at treatment meetings, offering insight and options to individual approaches for treatment milieu. Provide in-house training pertinent to needs of staff and current issues with clients utilizing evidence based practices and integration of pertinent sources. 

9. Maintains client confidentiality and protects operations.

10. Contributes to the "Team Effort" by accomplishing results as needed.
