DIRECT CARE STAFF


Salary : $18.00/ hour

Job Description: Short-Term Residential Therapeutic Program (STRTP) in Hemet is currently hiring Residential Youth Workers for our adolescent girls home. Full-time and Part-time shifts, including weekends and evenings. Weekend Shift Differential of $2.00 hourly. Supervise "at risk" adolescent girls. Ability to pass background checks including DOJ, FBI, Child Abuse, and drug screen.

Education & Medication Nurse


Salary: From $5,200.00 per month

Location: Hemet, CA

Job Description: Seeking RN, LVN, or Psych Tech for Short Term Residential Therapeutic Program (STRTP) and COVID-19 related compliance. This is a full-time exempt position reviewing medication and conducting direct staff training for programs serving adolescents, and ensuring COVID-19 related health & safety compliance.

Qualifications: A successful candidate must possess integrity, positive energy, and flexibility. Active RN/LVN/Psych Tech certification or license required. Must be able to pass background clearance including DOJ, FBI, Child Abuse, and drug screen. Good driving record, valid driver license and vehicle insurance a must. High school or equivalent.

Clinical Supervisor / 

Head of Service


Salary: $71,000.00 - $82,000.00 per year

Location: Hemet, CA

Job Description: Provide clinical supervision and provide clinical treatment for clients of Short-Term Residential Treatment Facility. Utilizing trauma informed care principles and clinical expertise in providing trauma- informed care strategies in working with clients. Two years post-licensed Master level Social Workers, Marriage and Family Therapist, and/or Professional Clinical Counselors and active license with the BBS required.

Qualifications:

1. Active current unrestricted CA License to practice clinical therapy (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC)

2. Two years post licensure in order to provide clinical supervision to registered associates.

3. Master’s Degree in the mental health profession from an accredited or state approved graduate school and one year’s experience working in human services settings.

4. Demonstrated ability to effectively supervise others, including availability, problem solving, interpersonal relations.

5. Full time salaried position including on-call and emergency availability.

Youth Development Specialist - YouthBuild


Salary : $18.00/ hour

Location: Hemet, CA

Job Description: The Youth Development Specialist (YDS) will provide leadership and oversight for the daily operations, integrating job readiness preparation into all aspects of the program. Recruitment, interviewing, supervisory, and strong organizational skills are necessary. Experience and knowledge in the Logistics field required as this position will lead a Cohort on the Job Site. 

Qualifications:

Experience with high-risk populations a must. Case management and the ability to work with the public is helpful. BA degree or experience in related field is preferred. Background, drug screen, and good driving record required. CA Driver's License.

SafeCare Provider


Salary: $18.00/hr

Location: Mobile Servicing Riverside County, Based in Hemet, CA.

Job Description/Qualifications: California Family Life Center is seeking an in-home provider to deliver the SafeCare parenting training program to families in Riverside County. Must have experience working with children ages 0-5 and the ability and experience for case management. BA Degree in Behavioral Science preferred. Bilingual is a plus. Ability to pass background checks including DOJ, FBI, Child Abuse, and drug screen. Must be 21 or older, have a valid California driver's license, reliable transportation, and a good driving record.


Fiscal Accounts Clerk


Salary: $17-19.00/hr

Location: Hemet, CA.

Job Description/Qualifications: The Fiscal Accounts Clerk performs data entry and record compliance and ensures timely completion of all billing and reimbursement functions for grant funded programs. This position also works to compile, process, and maintain medical records of clinical services in a manner consistent with medical, administrative, ethical, legal, and regulatory requirements of the MHS. Verifies monthly Medi-Cal eligibility and processes billing within electronic billing system (ELMR).


Will maintain detailed payroll records and perform related clerical responsibilities. Prepares documents and makes copies as needed. Operates a multiple line telephone and relays incoming, outgoing and inter-office calls and performs miscellaneous clerical duties.


Ability to pass background checks including DOJ, FBI, Child Abuse, and drug screen required. Must be 21 or older, have a valid California driver's license, and a good driving record. Two years previous related experience preferred.
